Fish on the River, Spillers Wharf

Situated on the banks of the Umzimkhulu River, we are a family and dog-friendly seafood wharf "market style eatery". We pride ourselves on using the "jandre" of the original Spillers Wharf fish market concept, where welcomed patrons order and pay for their menu choices inside, a tradition of over 20 years old. The separate small bar offers a great selection of affordable wines, beer on tap and other ice cold beverages. Friendly waitron staff bring the freshly made meals to your table and ensure you are well looked after. Fish on the River is infamous for fresh seafood, succulent calamari, homemade pizza and home grown salad. Complimentary homemade tartare, green Chili and Sweet Chili sauces are offered on each table. Open for brunch, lunch and early evening dining. Very busy in season but the views and food are well worth any wait!
